The Intensive:

A 90 minute single session so you can identify a specific short-term goal (that will stretch you) and develop an action plan so you can achieve your goal.

this session is for you if:

  • You know you want to start taking action to achieve your vision but you’re struggling to prioritise your time.

  • You feel overwhelmed and confused about what to focus on first in terms of getting started and need a clear plan of action.

  • You want to set achievable goals that will stretch you and be held accountable for achieving them.

  • You want to shift your mindset from comparison, frustration and confusion to courage, compassion and clarity.

  • You want to feel supported and have your own personal cheer leader at your side.

what does it involve?

During the 90 minute session we will:

  • Get clear on where you are now and what you’re struggling with.

  • Identify what you want to achieve in the next four to six weeks, identifying a goal that is specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely.

  • Explore the possible ways in which you can achieve your goal and agree on the most appropriate way forward.

  • Formulate a step-by step action plan that you can start implementing straight away to get you to where you want to be.

  • You’ll also receive an email check-in from me after our call so we can evaluate how you’re getting on and ensure you stay committed to your goal.
